Terms of Service

By scheduling or purchasing a service or product through Core Method Wellness, you represent that:

  1. You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;

  2. The information you provide is true, complete, and accurate; and

  3. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Core Method Wellness reserves the right to decline, postpone, discontinue, or refuse services when clinically appropriate, when treatment is contraindicated, when required information or consent is not provided, or when permitted by applicable law.

Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed. Final treatment recommendations are based on consultation, medical history, clinical assessment, treatment goals, and provider judgment.

Appointments, Deposits & Payment

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

By scheduling an appointment and providing payment information, you acknowledge and agree to our booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.

We require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee in accordance with our posted policies.

Full payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Products, Gift Cards & Digital Goods

Digital products, including electronic gift cards, may be delivered by email and/or text message using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying Core Method Wellness promptly of any delivery issue.

Gift cards, promotional offers, packages, memberships, and other purchased products or services may be subject to additional terms, expiration requirements, restrictions, or applicable law.

Treatment Results & Informed Consent

Medical, wellness, and aesthetic treatments can produce different results from person to person. Core Method Wellness does not guarantee any particular result, duration of result, or response to treatment.

Before receiving applicable treatments, clients will be provided with information regarding anticipated benefits, risks, potential complications, alternatives, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions and may be required to sign treatment-specific informed consent documents.

A client's decision to proceed with treatment after informed consent does not waive any rights or protections provided under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this Site, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, designs, educational materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Beautifiller Skin LLC, DBA Core Method Wellness, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Site content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You may view and use the Site for your personal, noncommercial use only.
