At Core Method Wellness, we value your time and appreciate the same consideration for ours. These policies allow us to provide each client with the time, preparation, and attention their appointment deserves.

By scheduling an appointment with Beautifiller Skin LLC, DBA Core Method Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The $50 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment or service at your scheduled appointment.

Certain treatments, special-order products, packages, or services may require a larger or separate deposit. You will be informed of any additional deposit requirement before the order is placed or the appointment is confirmed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

A new $50 deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the appointment deposit, and a new deposit will be required before booking another appointment.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require additional payment or prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients who arrive late may have their treatment time shortened or may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely and appropriately complete the scheduled service.

If an appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.

Treatment Eligibility

Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be performed.

All medical, wellness, and aesthetic treatments are subject to appropriate consultation, medical history review, clinical assessment, and provider discretion.

If a treatment is determined to be medically inappropriate or contraindicated, the treatment may be postponed or declined and alternative options may be discussed when appropriate.

Special-Order Products

Certain injectable products, medications, skincare products, or other items may be ordered specifically for an individual client.

A separate non-refundable deposit or prepayment may be required before special-order products are purchased. The amount and applicable terms will be communicated to the client before the order is placed.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Gift cards and gift certificates may be used toward eligible services and products at Core Method Wellness, subject to any restrictions stated at the time of purchase.

Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Any expiration dates, promotional restrictions, or other conditions will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

Pre-Purchased Packages & Services

Pre-purchased treatment packages and services must be used within one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Any unused services remaining after the one-year period will expire and may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

If an appointment using a prepaid package or service is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment, the scheduled service may be deducted from the package.

Packages and prepaid services are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discounts, special pricing, and promotional codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, treatment dates, or expiration dates.

Refund Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable.

Medical, aesthetic, and wellness treatments can produce different results from person to person. Individual outcomes, duration of results, and response to treatment cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with an individual result does not automatically qualify a service for a refund.

Opened or used skincare products, prescription products, medications, supplements, and other personal-use products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Unopened retail products may be subject to the return policy communicated at the time of purchase.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

On occasion, Core Method Wellness may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, product availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If Core Method Wellness cancels or reschedules your appointment, your deposit will not be forfeited and may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or otherwise handled as appropriate.

Policy Updates

Core Method Wellness reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies in effect at the time of booking.
